Description

Nickel plated steel corkscrew with fly nut, this type of article is often called "Ménagère". It has been very popular in France throughout the nineteenth and twentieth century. The fins could have different forms (See illustration).
A special feature for this corkscrew reserved for export "MADE IN FRANCE" is stamped on one branch of the propeller. Macy's is a American department stores Midrange founded in 1858, whose flagship store is located at Herald Square, New York, which, with its one million square feet of selling space has been announced as the "most department store in the world".
