HENRY BOKER Germany | N° patent: 1.104.068 | |
Description |
Ingenious corkscrew folding, is nicknamed the "pantograph" because of its shape when business is open. It dates from the early nineteenth century. This corkscrew is derived from patent No. 447185 filed by Karl Hollweg in 1891. This model is an advertising medium for Henry Boker, distributor Tools and corkscrews for the U.S. as stipulated clearly its catalogue "Illustrated Price-List of Henry Boker - General Merchant and Manufacturer of Tools, Hardware and Cutlery". Manufacturing the corkscrew is very careful even if it's only a plate stamped, hinges below and above are completed by a half-wheeler toothed. The origin of the corkscrew is no doubt, then it is GERMANY marked on the shaft, unlike corkscrew TB127. |
