Description |
This is a french flynut corkscrew, but certainly not a Perille. The shape of the cage would seem to suggest a Coville manufacturing (see the lys tb405 who has the same cage). This type of article is often called "Ménagère". It has been very popular throughout the nineteenth and twentieth century. The fins these corkscrews could have different forms (See illustration).
