Description

This pocket corkscrew has been patented by André Verpillat on April 26, 1954 patent number 1.104.068. It has a ingenious articulated system that allows the worm to be captive. The shaft is bent on a fixed axis through the capsule. This linkage allows either to fold and store the worm in the neck, or to put it at right angles, the other part of the race is just screw into a corkscrew in T. Some models are marked "Made in France" for export. The no relation to the case is also in wood, it is very fragile. The models are intact a relative rarity.
