Description |
This large corkscrew with double twin levers is French, the first model equipped with a fastener at the level them nozzles making it possible to retain the two arms was invented by Henri Paraf under the name ALPA. Its widow Mrs Paraf will make patented under the n° 675,979 this against model on May 31, 1929, it lost this fastener and takes TYR name. It was manufactured by the establishments Vilain Brothers in Reims until 1936 then by Boué & Deveson. The system is composed of a play of articulation made out of sheet steels cut out and folded or pressed, this realization makes a very economic article of it. It should be noted that it was used as advertising medium with Champagnes A. Devaux. Bought in Duon (Bourgogne). |
