Description |
Corkscrew with bell and flynut. It was
manufactured by the establishments Boué & Deveson. It is not without
pointing out Pérille ménagère with her higher wing in the shape of french
cocked hat and its flynut. The wings of these corkscrews could have
different forms (cf. illustration).
The characteristic of this corkscrew comes from the bell produced in
very tight spring wire. The stem prolonged by a full worm slides freely
in the bell. For its use, turn the higher wing to insert the worm, then
to extract the cork while turning the flynut, which is assembled between
the wing and the open cage. The full worm is with centered point. The
screw slides freely in the cage. Bought at Bordeaux (France). |
