Description |
Corkscrew derived from the invention from the American William Rockwell Clough about 1875. The wire worm is carried out in only one steel stem. Provided at the end with the handle with a "muselet", the handle passes through the stem formed out of ring. One of the bits is rolled up in spiral with semi length to form a buttom while the second forms the wick whose step is particularly irregular. Once you've inserted the worm as far as the button, it prevents the worm from further penetration. Turning the handle now will also rotate the cork, breaking the pressure seal between cork and bottle-neck. Twist and pull to extract the cork. Bought in USA. |
